The belt consists of two parts, an outer and an inner belt.

- Cobra type tactical buckle with “D” ring that can support up to 2,267.5 kg force on outer belt.

- Double high strength 5cm (450kg breaking force) nylon column and double high strength 1.25cm (350kg breaking force) nylon column are used.

- The inner part of the belt is supported with long-lasting 1^st quality fermatex so that it can be used in combination with the inner belt.

- The inner belt is supported by a high-strength, 5cm (450 kg breaking force) nylon column, YKK-licensed thermoplastic resistant to -50°/+130° temperature, and long-lasting 1^st quality fermatex that can be used in combination with the outer belt.

- Btac01 is designed as a tactical gunfighter belt.

Owing to its modular structure, kydex and textile-based gun holsters, Vav Wear licensed quick-use gun and rifle holders, empty magazine collection bag, medical and general-purpose pockets can be used handily with easy assembly.

- Although Btac01 is a product with high force resistance, it cannot be used as a single harness or rope. Apart from being a tactical gun belt, it is designed to fix the users to the aerial platform while conducting helicopter operations.

- All seams are made with high-strength polypropylene 3-ply thread using state-of-the-art textile machines.
